In what order should I apply my Korean skincare routine?

The golden rule of Korean skincare: from thinnest to thickest consistency. Oil-based cleanser → Water-based cleanser → Exfoliator (1 to 2 times a week in the evening) → Toner or Pads → Serum → Sheet Mask → Eye Cream → Moisturizer → SPF (morning).

How do I find my ideal Korean skincare routine?

It all depends on your skin type and the concerns you want to address. We recommend starting by identifying your skin type (dry, combination, oily, sensitive).

At what age can you start a Korean skincare routine?

There is no specific age to start a skincare routine. A simple routine consisting of a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF is suitable starting from adolescence. More targeted treatments (retinol, exfoliants) are better suited for adult skin, starting from age 25. When in doubt, feel free to ask us for advice.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Our Mille de Fleur range is certified vegan. The animal-derived active ingredients used in some of our products are propolis and bee venom, which are featured in our Honey Bee range.

All our products are guaranteed cruelty-free.

Where do your products come from?

Our products are carefully selected directly from independent Korean brands. They are imported from South Korea.

Are your products authentic? How can I verify their authenticity?

Yes. All our products are imported directly from South Korea from official independent brands. To ensure this, every product sold on Shifumie comes in its original, unaltered packaging, features a complete INCI list (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients), and has a clearly legible expiration date. When in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us at hi@shifumie.com.

Do your products comply with European standards?

Yes. All products available on Shifumie comply with European cosmetic regulations (EC Regulation No. 1223/2009).

Are the instructions available in French?

The instructions on the product packaging are written in Korean and/or English and/or French. But don't worry, a French label/sticker has been added to every product that didn't already have one. You can also find each product page written in French on our website, including directions for use, tips, and the complete list of ingredients.

How do I read the expiration date on my Korean skincare products?

In South Korea, the date is often written in the YYYY/MM/DD format, which is the reverse of the European format. Example: 2026/04/13 = April 13, 2026.

I had a reaction to a product, how can I report it?

Important In the event of a reaction, stop using the product immediately and rinse thoroughly with clean water. If the reaction persists, consult a dermatologist. Report the incident to us by email at info@shifumie.com, specifying the product concerned and the symptoms observed.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link—simply click on it to track your package. You can also track your orders from your customer account under the "Orders" section.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. For France:

  • For standard delivery, shipping costs are 5.90€ (1-2 business days)

  • For pick-up point delivery, 4.90€ (3-5 business days)
  • For express delivery, 12.90€ (1 business day)

  • Free standard shipping is available for purchases over 50€.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following European Union countries:

France, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

What are your delivery methods?

We work with carriers Colissimo, Mondial Relay or Colissimo Express depending on the delivery method you select.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible at hi@shifumie.com

My order hasn't been delivered, what should I do?

You can first check the status of your order using the tracking link received in your email or in the "Orders" section of your customer account. If the delivery window has passed or the package cannot be found, please contact us at hi@shifumie.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

What happens if I am not at home to receive my order?

If you are away, the delivery driver will leave a calling card. Depending on the carrier, your package will be held at a pickup point or post office for a few days. Instructions on how to retrieve your order will be indicated on the card or in the tracking email you received.

OR

You do not need to be present for the delivery of your package. The delivery driver will drop it directly into your mailbox.

An item is missing from my package, what should I do?

Contact us at hi@shifumie.com with your order number. We will reply as quickly as possible.

Returns

How do I return a product?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. The product must be unopened, intact, and in its original packaging.

  1. Please review our Exchange and Refund Policy.

  2. Log in to your customer account and go to the "Orders" section.

  3. Select the products you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate your return slip.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part.

How do I ship the returned products?

Once your return is approved from your customer account, you will receive a return slip with the shipping address by email. Carefully pack the intact product in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier collection point. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Can I return a product that has already been opened?

No, for hygiene reasons, any product that has already been opened cannot be returned.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Please take a photo of the product and the packaging, then contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hi@shifumie.com, stating your order number. We will proceed with a replacement or a refund, according to your preference.

Is your website secure?

Yes, our website is 100% secure. Shifumie is hosted on Shopify, one of the most secure e-commerce platforms in the world. All your transactions are protected by the SSL protocol, and your banking data is never stored on our servers. Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
