Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us before the deadline:

By email: hi@shifumie.com with a clear statement (including order number and products concerned).

Via your account: Go to the "Orders" section of your customer area.
2. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with Article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Cosmetic and skincare products that have been unsealed or opened after receipt, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Customized products made to your specific requirements.
Warning: Any product returned in violation of these rules will be sent back to the sender at their expense, and no refund will be issued.
3. Return Process
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 calendar days to return the items. Requirements:

Products must be in their original, unopened, and unsealed packaging.

In perfect condition for resale.

Accompanied by all original accessories and documents.
Return Costs: Shipping fees are your responsibility, except in cases of our error (defective or non-compliant product). We strongly recommend using a tracking number. Shifumie is not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refunds
We will refund the full amount paid, including standard initial delivery costs, within 14 calendar days of receiving your notification. However, the refund may be deferred until we receive the products or proof of shipment.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

For partial returns, only the price of the returned items will be refunded.
5. Gifts and Promotional Offers
If your order included a gift conditioned on a minimum purchase amount, and your return brings the total below that threshold, the gift must also be returned.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged item, contact us at hi@shifumie.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the product/packaging. We will cover return costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to Metropolitan France (including Corsica) and the following countries: [Insert Countries].
We do not deliver to:

Hotels or PO boxes.

Non-fixed addresses (campsites, mobile homes, etc.).

Any address outside our defined delivery zones.
2. Delivery Times and Methods
Times are calculated in business days starting from the shipping confirmation email.

3. Order Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your package is shipped. You can also track it in your customer area under "Orders".
4. Package Reception
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is visible damage or a missing item, contact hi@shifumie.com within 48 hours with supporting photos.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are absent, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions (pickup point, post office, or new attempt). If the package is returned to us because it was not collected, a reshipping fee may apply.
6. Liability
Shifumie is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, force majeure, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. In the event of an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
