Article 1 - Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the terms and conditions under which Shifumie commercializes its products via the website www.shifumie.com to individual customers acting as consumers.

Placing an order on the website implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3 - Products

The products commercialized on the website comply with the regulations in force in France. The visuals, descriptions, and product features on the website are for indicative purposes only. Although Shifumie ensures their accuracy, minor errors or discrepancies may occur without engaging its liability.

Article 4 - Ordering Process

The validation of an order on the website implies that the customer accepts these terms and conditions of sale.

Before confirming their order, the customer can view the details of the selected products and modify their cart if necessary.

Once the order is validated, a confirmation email is sent to the customer. The order is then considered firm and final, except by exceptional agreement of customer service.

Shifumie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears abnormal, suspicious, or fraudulent.

Article 5 - Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery fees.

Shifumie reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time. However, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of order validation. Payment is made online via the payment methods available on the website: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). Transactions are fully secure. The total amount of the order is debited at the time of validation. In the event of a payment incident, dispute, or fraud, Shifumie reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

Article 6 - Delivery

Products are delivered to the following zones: Metropolitan France and European Union countries. Estimated delivery times are generally:

  • 2 to 5 business days for Metropolitan France

  • 3 to 5 business days for Europe

These timeframes are given for indicative purposes and may vary depending on the carrier and seasonal peak periods. The customer is kept informed about their order via email. The transfer of risk occurs upon receipt of the package by the customer.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

The request must be made by email to the following address: hi@shifumie.com, mentioning the necessary information (name, order number, statement of intent to withdraw).

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, within 14 days following the withdrawal request. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Any product returned incomplete, opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Article 8 - Returns and Refunds

Upon receipt and verification of the returned products, Shifumie will issue a refund via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

In the event of a problem or delay, the customer can contact customer service at the following address: hi@shifumie.com. Promotional or sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a defect or non-conformity.

Article 9 - Legal Warranties

The products sold benefit from the statutory warranties provided by French law currently in force:

  • Legal warranty against hidden defects

In the event of a non-conforming or defective product, the customer can contact customer service at hi@shifumie.com. Shifumie undertakes to offer an exchange or a refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Article 10 - Liability

Shifumie cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may result from the use of the products. Shifumie's liability is strictly limited to the total amount of the relevant order.

Article 11 - Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in compliance with current regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This information is used for order management, customer relations, and the improvement of the services offered. The customer can consult the privacy and cookie policies available on the website to learn more. The use of cookies allows for the optimization of the user experience and the generation of statistical analyses.

Article 12 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (text, images, logos, videos, design, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Shifumie. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 13 - Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact customer service at the following address: hi@shifumie.com.

If no amicable solution is reached, the customer may use a mediation process or utilize the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

Article 14 - Governing Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory statutory law.
