Welcome to Shifumie! We are dedicated to bringing you the best of independent Korean skincare. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping options, processing times, and delivery fees.

1. Order Processing Time

We take great care in preparing and packing your K-beauty essentials.

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and French public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your package leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Destinations, Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to Metropolitan France and countries within the European Union.

🇫🇷 Metropolitan France

  • Mondial Relay (Pickup Point): €4.90 (Free for orders over €50.00) | 3 to 5 business days

  • Standard Home Delivery (Colissimo): €6.50 (Free for orders over €50.00) | 2 to 3 business days

  • Express Home Delivery (Chronopost): €12.90 | 1 to 2 business days

🇪🇺 European Union

  • Standard International Delivery: €10.90 (Free for orders over €120.00) | 5 to 8 business days

  • Express International Delivery: €22.90 | 2 to 4 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are given for indicative purposes only. During peak seasonal periods (e.g., holidays, sales), delivery times may be slightly extended.

3. Our Shipping Partners & Delivery Methods

Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, we partner with reliable carriers such as Colissimo (La Poste), Chronopost, and Mondial Relay.

  • Home Delivery: If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will either drop the package directly into your mailbox (if size permits) or leave a calling card. Depending on the carrier, your package will be safely held at a local post office or pickup point for a few days for you to collect.

  • Mondial Relay (Pickup Point): If you opt for Mondial Relay, you will be prompted to select your preferred Point Relais at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your package is ready for collection. Remember to bring a valid ID when picking up your package.

4. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link. You can also monitor the progress of your delivery at any time by logging into your Shifumie customer account and visiting the "Orders" section.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address very carefully before finalizing your order.

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hi@shifumie.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will gladly update the address for you.

  • If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the routing. In the event that the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees and any re-shipping costs.

6. Missing, Damaged, or Incomplete Orders

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your delivery, please follow these steps:

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your package, please email us at hi@shifumie.com with your order number, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Damaged Packages: If your product arrives damaged during transit, please take clear photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hi@shifumie.com with your order number and the photos. We will happily arrange a replacement or a refund according to your preference.

  • Delayed Delivery: If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe and your tracking link hasn't updated, please reach out to us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
